Round 2 Information

The second round is a little more complicated than the first round, and will require some thought. You and your collab partner will have to make a banner of the type that could be used on a layout/livejournal/etc (don't worry, you won't have to code anything). For this round you will be supplied with graphics packs that you will have to use in some way in the banner; there are 4 packs in all, and each have a different theme, which you must stick to. At the conclusion of the contest you are free to use the banner on your site or journal, however banners must be made specifically for the contest.

You will have to discuss with your collaboration partner which pack you want to use, of course. But for now, just have a think about it.

Round 2 Schedule

Round 2 will be conducted in three stages, as described on the about page.

1. Sign up: open until March 1st.
2. Collaboration Time: March 8th to March 22nd 30th.
3. Judging/Voting: runs for a week or so after the end of collaboration time. Winners will be announced soon after this date.

More information, such as banner specifications and graphics packs, will be released after the sign-up period has ended.

Prizes

Both members of the winning pair will each recieve one of the following:

• First Place: two items (but not the same two each) off the prize list, linkage on Collaboracon and 3Paradox for an indefinite period, and a customized first place award.
• Second Place: an item off the prize list, linkage on Collaboracon for an indefinite period and a customized second place award.
• 3rd Place: an item off the prize list, linkage on Collaboracon for an indefinite period and a customized third place award.
• People's Choice: customized people's choice award :)
